How can i order?
Simply click on the item you wish to purchase and complete all the necessary details to personalise your chosen products colour and style. Some of these require you to select an option, others require you to write something in the personalisation box and others require you to email us, please make sure you read the item description which will advise you. Add the item to your basket and proceed with your purchase.
How long will my personalised order take to arrive?
All personalised option products are hand printed in my little studio. To avoid any unnecessary waste personalised products are made to order, so please allow up to 5-7 working days for your order to be made and dispatched.
I wish to change my order
Unfortunately once an order have been placed it is unlikely we will be able to amend it. You are more then welcome to message us on thelittlebagstudio@outlook.com and we can see what we can do for you.
There is an issue with my order.
We are sorry to hear your order has arrived not as you expected! Please feel free to contact us at thelittlebagstudio@outlook.com and we will be more than happy to help.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately unless the item is faulty or we have made a genuine mistake we are unable to offer refunds on personalised products as each item is personalised and designed to you.
Non personalised items can be returned up to 14 days from delivery. Please also note that postage is to be paid by the customer.
Where do you post to?
Currently THE LITTLE BAG STUDIO only post's within the UK. Sorry for any inconvenience at this time but we do hope to be able to post outside the UK in the near future.
